Dear Pastor Jeremy Sinclair,
This is Steve Williams and I am one of the Ruling Elders at Grace Redeemer Presbyterian Church. For the past several weeks John and Carole Leonard have been attending our church and have recently requested full membership with us. As part of our normal membership process we ask that a brief statement be sent from the church of previous membership stating that a former member was in good standing regarding their faith and Christian life.
If you would be so kind to respond to this email with a brief statement letting us know that John and Carole have previously been members in good standing while with you at South Auckland Bible Church we can then proceed with their membership request.
